Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume seasons such as back-to-school or holiday launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order shipsOrder Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Local Pickup (Optional)
If you’re local to Franklin, TN, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready—usually within 2–3 business days—along with pickup instructions.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future!
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our studio, delivery is in the hands of the carrier (typically USPS or UPS). If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at teacherscoopgifts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Teacher Scoops is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
